Fees:
My fee for service is $70 per 50-minute session. I offer a limited number of
sliding-scale fees for those who cannot afford my services. I understand that
choosing a counselor can be a time consuming and important task. For this reason I
offer a 30 minute free phone consultation so you can talk with me before entering into a
counseling relationship.
Payment:
Payment for service is due at the beginning of each session. Cash and checks are
accepted payments
Insurance:
At this time I do not accept insurance payments. However, I will be happy to provide
you with a receipt if you would like to request reimbursement for services. Please
check your insurance company's policy before our first session if you plan to use this
method, as requirements vary from provider to provider.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
There will be no charge for the first missed appointment without notification.
Thereafter, missed appointments that are not cancelled prior to the appointment
time (preferably 24 hours) will be billed at the rate of $35.00. A message left on my
private answering machine will suffice.
